Q: Can I purchase something over the phone and have it shipped out to me?
A: Yes, we are glad to accept phone orders. We ask that orders be paid for using credit card. To ensure low freight charges we ship via Fastway and freight is added to your bill.
Q: How long does it take to receive goods?
A: We stock a wide range of items shown in our catalogue. When in stock, items are shipped sameday! Depending on your location it could take up to 2 days when shipped via Fastway
Q: How do I establish credit with your company?
A: Contact our customer service representative they will send you, via email or fax, an application. Once credit has been established we will contact you. Note: Our terms for credit accounts is 30 days. Min invoicing order is $75.00
